Commercial Collections are on a sliding scale
starting at 25% and down to 18% as long as accounts
are over $500.00 (if not over $500.00 retail rates
apply).
Retail Collections are 35% or 50% based on age of
account, size of account and known/unknown address.
Re-Assign rates (meaning collecting accounts other
agencies have already failed to collect your money
for you) 50%.

you think you would be listing large volumes of
accounts over time, we could consider special rates.
