Our standard rate is 35% of what we collect.  Higher or lower rates can apply on certain conditions.  If we do not collect then there is no commission charged. Thus our advertising: “NO Collection = NO Commission”. Low pre-collection rates are available on consumer debts and “Free Final Demand” on commercial debts.
